The link will only allow you to book 2 nights
If you require more than two nights please reach out to your regional director.

FLIGHTS

A link will be sent to you directly from Gant Travel ([email protected])
Watch your spam folders if you don’t see it in your main box
The link will come within 24 hours of registration (aside from weekends)

TRANSPORTATION

Shuttles will be provided to and from the hotel on Day 1 and Day 2 and also for the reception
Transportation is not provided to and from the airport
Reimbursements for gas / mileage / tolls / taxi’s will not be provided
